Business Insider recently published a list of the 50 best companies to work for in America with exclusive data from PayScale, a compensation software and data company. More than one-quarter of the best companies to work for are in tech, with Google taking the No. 1 spot overall and Facebook coming in at No. 5.
In addition to over-the-top perks, modern offices, and the flexibility to work from home, Silicon Valley’s biggest tech companies are also known for their higher-than-average salaries. In this case, every tech company that appears on our list offers an experienced median pay (for employees with at least five years of experience) of more than $100,000, and in some cases, more than $120,000, according to PayScale. We ranked these 10 companies by salary, giving the tie-breaker to whichever one performed better on the overall list of best employers.
